People who face barriers that make it difficult for them to join the working world come to Goodwill for help to build their skills and to find jobs.

Goodwill assists many people with disabilities or medical conditions who need support to find and maintain employment. Others seeking services have limited education and work experience, a criminal record, a history of substance abuse, or have lost their jobs due to changes in the local economy.
